I was rear ended and had terrible headaches and neck pain. I've never been to a chiropractor and was scared. But I made it through my therapy and the whole time - every time I was made to feel very safe and the entire staff was always hard working and kind to me. I had a great experience with this chiropractor! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I was taken care of. It was my first experience with a chiropractor after my car accident and I was visibly nervous. The entire staff was amazing- from the ladies at the front desk to the doctor himself. I was spoken to in a manner that I could understand and I was given hope that I would feel better. Thank you all for helping me feel so much better, and back to myself. I feel worlds better since I started seeing them after multiple accidents this year. Dr. Altfeld is amazing! Yasmine is the nicest person ive encountered in all this! So compassionate and caring.
