Basic Ways to Overcome Whiplash in Las Vegas

Whiplash is a term which is non-medical and is used to describe a condition of neck pain, caused by backward and frontal movement of the neck, thus causing injury to various ligaments, tendons or even muscles of the neck. Range of Motion –

It is moving the head forward-backward, side-ways like right to left. It can be done without hands, or with hands by applying little resistance. While doing so check that no further pain is caused.
